History :
This 25 y/o gentleman became anorexia ,general weakness and poor intake about 2 months ago.

Image finding :
-Suprasellar mass lesion with well enhancement pineal region mass lesion with well enhancemetn as well periventricular enhancement over lateral ventricle shown.
-Additional venous malformation over the L't paraventriucular lesion.(posterior horn) is found .

Diagnosis :
Germinoma
